Beside the seashore, Quint with his book of poetry, in a little Van Gogh hat, invented ep. ep is a little line drawing of an alien that Quint's friend Berard had printed on a white T shirt. On the door of the rickety recording room, Quint spray painted a purple star. Alien Pop Band was born.
